If you’ve ever compared datasheets from different countries,

 you’ve probably noticed — the same cable can have completely different names.

YJV / YJLV — Chinese standard (GB / IEC 60502)

YJ = XLPE insulation, V = PVC sheath L=Aluminum Core

A = aluminum, X = XLPE, Y = PVC

The logic is universal:

 All cable names describe 4 things → Conductor + Insulation + Shield/Armor + Sheath.

So before assuming two cables are “the same,”

 always compare their structure, not just their name.

 That’s how you avoid costly mistakes in international projects.
